  • What software was used for the design?
    We use FIGMA for all our design work, so you can track our design progress at any time, facilitating timely feedback and communication.
  • How much does it cost to outsource a project?
    Option 1: Tell us your budget and expectations, and we will evaluate them. If we deem the cost reasonable, we will proceed with the project. Option 2: Tell us your requirements, and we will evaluate them and provide you with a quote.
  • How to communicate
    Regular online meetings are used for communication, such as those with Zoom or Teams. Opinions can also be exchanged using Figma's message tagging feature.
  • How can I convince you of your abilities?
    After initial communication regarding your needs, we will provide a quote. We will first design the core homepage, and you will pay the first installment after your confirmation.
  • What kind of design work can I do?
    1. UI design: Apps, websites, computer software, backend management systems, device software, data visualization. 2. Brand design: Logo design. 3. Website development: App development.
  • Is the project fee a fixed price?
    We will evaluate and provide a quote based on your needs. If new requirements arise during the collaboration, we will provide a separate quote for each new requirement.
  • How do I get started?
    First, leave a message on our website or send us an email to contact us and send us your requirements. We will then arrange an online meeting and provide you with an evaluation and quote.
  • What types of requests do you not support?
    Complex packaging, large-scale print design (books, magazines, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents and advertising videos.
  • Where are the designers and technicians?
    All of our members are based in China, from top Chinese internet companies, and are highly experienced.
  • How many people participated in my project?
    Each project is staffed with 2-3 top-tier designers (the number may increase depending on the project size) + 1 dedicated project manager to oversee the entire process.
  • What are the team's working hours? How do you handle time zone differences?
    1. Daily project progress reports (sent during your working hours); 2. Urgent issues can be scheduled for online meetings (coordinating available time slots for both parties, e.g., your morning = my evening); 3. Messages left outside of working hours will be replied to within 12 hours to ensure uninterrupted communication.
  • How long will it take to receive a quote?
    After you send us your requirements, we will conduct an internal assessment and typically provide you with a quote within two business days.
  • Is there after-sales support?
    After the project concludes, we will provide one month of after-sales support. Provided there are no new requirements, we will provide support during this period.
  • What if the delivered results don't meet my expectations?
    We will have our designers provide new design directions. If these still don't meet your expectations, we will refund the full amount.
