  • Do you require payment in advance or after the work is completed?
    We will collect the first month's fee within one week of the subscription starting and provide you with a pro forma invoice.
  • What benefits can I get from the subscription model?
    It can save you recruitment costs, employee management costs, and employee operating costs, making it very simple for you to start your project.
  • How can I confirm my subscription usage time?
    After each requirement is initiated, our project manager will assess the requirement and provide the estimated timeframe for its completion.
  • What software was used for the design?
    We primarily use FIGMA for design. You can view the design at any time and provide feedback and suggestions.
  • How many requests do I receive in a month?
    Once you register, we'll create a shared Kanban board in Trelo as the source of truth for all projects we're working on. You can create requests by adding information to your new Trelo card. You can add as many requests as you like. We'll process them one by one. If a task is more urgent than others, please let us know, and we'll prioritize it accordingly.
  • Why don't I hire a full-time designer?
    We get asked this question frequently. A full-time senior designer's annual salary can be very high, not including benefits. Furthermore, there's usually a significant amount of training required. At UXABC, we're committed to providing our clients with a relaxed and flexible experience. You don't need to work full-time to receive continuous support from a world-class design team and can activate and pause your subscription as needed. Can full-time employees do that?
  • What details should my design request include?
    This includes: 1. A description of your design requirements; 2. Brand-related information; 3. Relevant images, product prototypes, product documents, etc. Provide as much information as possible that reflects your ideas and the brand to help us quickly understand your needs.
  • When do you start work?
    Monday to Friday (excluding Chinese public holidays)
  • I'm having trouble explaining what I need. Can you help me?
    Of course! If you don't have enough information to complete a design or need some advice, you can always ask your project manager for help. You can send them a message or have an online meeting to clarify all the details. Conversely, if your designer needs more data to improve efficiency, they will also let you know.
  • Can I increase or decrease my subscription?
    Yes, your subscription is flexible; feel free to communicate your needs with our project manager at any time.
  • Can unused design time be carried over to the next month?
    Yes! Unused hours can be carried over for up to 3 months.
  • How long does it take to complete a project?
    Since the complexity of each project varies, we will follow up on your needs and have a project manager assess them to provide a reasonable timeline.
  • What if I don't like the delivered result?
    No problem! Iteration is part of the design process. Through the subscription model, we can continuously modify your design until you are 100% satisfied.
  • Who will be in charge of my project?
    We will assign one project manager to manage and coordinate the entire process, and then assign 1-3 designers and developers depending on your subscription type.
  • What types of designs are not provided?
    Extremely complex or elaborate art illustrations, fillable or interactive PDF documents, sophisticated photo manipulation, digital paintings and game assets, trademarks, branding or quotes, content writing or manual typing (entering text from images, coming up with headlines for ads, conducting copy research, etc.), inappropriate requests including explicit gambling, drugs, pornography, defamation, racial discrimination or racial offense, or any request that violates UXABC's core values.
  • How many times can a task be modified?
    You can request as much as you need. Our experts will send you task updates every business day so you can stay informed about the progress. You can submit modification requests at any time until you are satisfied with the results.
  • Do you use Slack?
    No, the less time we spend communicating, the more time we can have designing your project. Regular communication can be done on Trello. Online meetings will only be scheduled in exceptional circumstances. Of course, online meetings also have costs.
  • Can I get a refund if I don't like the design?
    No! Due to the highly creative nature of the work, we do not offer refunds.
